NICHE is a cocoa processing and confectionery business, manufacturing and selling cocoa derivatives and finished products. NICHE aims to be a driving force in the conversion of the Ghanaian cocoa bean by adding value to the bean through processing into high quality semi-finished products and confectionery products. As such NICHE has the capacity to process 90,000MT of cocoa beans into cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, cocoa cake and cocoa powder. Through its Confectionery Ghana arm, NICHE currently also produces Chocolates (solid and with inclusions), natural cocoa powder, chocolate drink powders, ready to drink chocolate beverages as well as chocolate spreads.
