Mademoiselle Macaron

Once upon a time, founder Rachel loved and lived in Paris. She learned how to make macarons at cookery school and brought her recipes back to Edinburgh. From market stall to magnificent team, Mademoiselle Macaron has grown but has always strived to recreate that special moment of luxury she experienced from that first bite of a macaron on the Champs-Élysées. 

Now a proud Living Wage employer we have a team of 20 full time macaronists and we not only supply direct to consumer but also on a wholesale basis and for corporate client mailings; working closely with brands to ensure the highest standards of product that meets their needs - whether printed or unprinted, mailed to a single address for distribution or out to individual addresses as per the requirements of the project. 

Our wholesale clients range from 5 Star Hotels and Restaurants to delicatessens, farm shops and cafes. We are able to provide unfilled shells and filled macarons as well as larger sized shells perfect for afternoon teas (to be filled with fresh fruit or other fillings).
