Helen Browning's Organic is a unique farming and food business and a leading figure in sustainable agriculture. Based at Eastbrook Farm in Wiltshire, the business includes a diverse organic farm producing high-welfare meat, dairy, and crops. It also encompasses a food brand offering organic pork products, as well as the Royal Oak pub and hotel, which promotes ethical and eco-conscious hospitality. In addition to farming and food, Helen has expanded into organic spirits, creating a distinctive collection that includes a London Dry-style gin made with farm-grown botanicals such as sea buckthorn and pear. But it doesn't stop there - the range also has a blackcurrant infused Sylvan spirit, finely crafted with minimal sugar and the best organic ingredients. Collectively these ventures reflect a broader mission, to deliver the most pleasurable food and drink whilst doing their best for animal welfare and biodiversity.
