Circa
15 years ago, with a string of awards, and the opening of our SALSA-accredited
production kitchen in Kent, we took our much-loved traditional whipping cream
fudge to new heights, developing more than 70 unique products and formats in
over 100 flavours. We listened to our customers, identified emerging trends,
and sourced the finest authentic ingredients from both locally, and around the
world, to produce a range of artisan confectionery that couldn’t be beaten for
taste and quality.
From the highly skilled team of confectioners who produce our innovative and
award-winning products, to our supply chain, and social / environmental impact,
we understand the importance of transparency and ensure that everything we do
not only tastes good but feels good too. Our unique range of products includes
not only our much-loved Gourmet Butter Fudge, but also hand-stretched brittle,
and soft Belgian-chocolate enrobed caramels, to name just a few, each one
naturally gluten-free, vegetarian-friendly, and free of palm oil and
preservatives.
Our innovative range not only tastes and feels good, but is packaged with
premium, but sustainable gifting in mind. Our foil embossed, smartly presented
packaging in contemporary colours and formats is curated to sit comfortably in
multiple markets and price points. 99% of our packaging is kerbside recyclable,
and in some instances made from already recycled material. We’re constantly
reinventing our product and packaging to ensure it’s as sustainable as possible
– it’s an ongoing mission, and one that our teams have fully embraced and are
passionate to play a part in.
We’ve put giving back at the heart of everything we do. Through our partnership with B1G1, we’re supporting social and environmental causes, alongside our donations to food-equality champion FareShare via WorkForGood; we take our responsibility seriously and want to do what we can to make the world a little bit sweeter.
