Freedown Hills British Wagyu is reared in Yorkshire, being the only herd in Britain to have Olives incorporate into their diets. We are proud to use British pastures, predominant local feeds, Olives and conscious farming all of which imparts the meat with a deep and rich umami flavour with a light and tender bit which is simply unmatched. Since 2019 we have been delivering our exceptional product to restaurants, wholesalers and the home consumer.
