Baboo Gelato is a multi-award winning artisanal ice cream maker, established by Annie and Sam Hanbury in Dorset in 2015. We make everything from scratch using real ingredients sourced from local farms and orchards, and direct from our contacts in Sicily, Piedmont, and Brazil. We sell through our own outlets along the Dorset coast, and to 250 trade customers with whom we work closely to create new recipes. As well as our popular core flavours, we have an ever changing seasonal range of ice creams and sorbets and oatmilk based ice creams. Our Christmas range is particularly popular. We won Taste of the West Champion Ice Cream in 2016 and 2021 and have been a finalist every year. We welcome enquiries from chefs and trade customers looking to add a wow factor to their dessert offering.
