With a speed increase of around 30% compared to Primera’s AP360e/362e models, it guarantees fast and accurate label application, delivering a polished finish on diverse containers.

The addition of a brand-new label liner rewinder enhances operations by neatly managing waste liner material, eliminating clutter during busy periods.

Key Features of the AP380e Label Applicator:

  • Precision Labelling: Ensures labels are applied with utmost accuracy, maintaining a professional look for every product.
  • Enhanced Speeds: Boosts labelling efficiency significantly, enabling more containers to be labelled per hour.
  • Label Liner Rewinder: Keeps waste liner material in check by rewinding it as labels are applied, reducing mess during peak usage.
  • User-Friendly Operation: Designed for intuitive use, providing a hassle-free labelling experience.
  • Reliable Performance: Equipped with an ultra-reliable mechanical flag switch instead of trainable ultrasonic sensors, ensuring robust and user-friendly operation.

The purpose-built flag switch, installed in over 38,000 AP-Series applicators, is renowned for its durability and reliability across various label types and thicknesses.

The AP380e Label Applicator complements Primera’s comprehensive range of label printing and application solutions, including the LX-Series colour label printers and AP360/AP550 Label Applicators. It’s also compatible with labels produced using various printing methods, such as flexographic, offset, and thermal transfer.
