Singapore 'Hei Hei' Black Pepper Sauce
This is the pepper sauce from one of Singapore’s national dishes, Black Pepper Crab.
The aromatics of fresh ginger, garlic & chillies elevate its rich, sweet soy sauce base, combining with our unique blend of black pepper & Chinese white pepper for a fiery, flavourful kick! Add to stir-fries or use as a marinade for meats, fish or vegetables - a splash of sauce is all the seasoning you need. Some of our more adventurous customers have even enjoyed it directly, like a strong Asian BBQ sauce.

Our sauce is made with no artificial preservatives and is suitable for vegans. Before opening, shake then pour to get all the good bits!
