Our region is famous for high altitude raspberries of best quality in the world and raspberry cordial is definitely our flagship product. My family has been making it for generations, we had our own orchard with raspberries and each summer we would make raspberry cordial at my grandmoms village house. Today we produce it in the same way we just use bigger machines but the process and the ingredients are the same.
Raspberry cordial use is so diverse, it goes great with cheese (sweet and sour with salty and fat), with pancakes and waffles, panna cotta and cheesecake, yoghurt, cereal, cocktails and mocktails....
