A wild-harvested sugar from the Indonesian rainforest, made from the sap of Arenga pinnata palms using traditional methods powered by geothermal steam. Produced without deforestation or firewood, it is low GI, unrefined, retains its minerals and is processed using volcanic geothermal energy, making the production completely carbon negative.
