Our APHRODITE Forest Honey is a rare and unique honeydew variety, sourced from fir, oak and chestnut trees, as well as blossom honey, harvested from the unspoilt forests of Evritania, at altitudes of 1200 to 1600 metres. Each jar offers a balanced combination of taste, exquisitely sourced from the evergreen coniferous trees of Mt. Pindos.

Taste
The APHRODITE Raw Forest Honey has a warm and earthy flavour with moderate sweetness, mild woody tones and a resinous finish.

Aroma - Texture
The APHRODITE Raw Forest Honey has an impressive dark golden-red colour, which makes it particularly popular. This honey has a thick consistency, and its natural crystallisation process is quite slow. More specifically, it retains its liquid form for more than 18 months when stored at room temperature.

Culinary
The APHRODITE Forest Honey is great on a slice of bread and butter; can be combined perfectly with Greek yoghurt and ice cream. Also, pour it on pies and pancakes or try it with cereals, muesli, oats or nuts.

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
