All our ice cream is made from scratch at our lab in West Dorset, using the best local ingredients, sourced seasonally.   We also have direct relationships with farms in Sicily, Piedmont and Brazil for nuts, citruses and tropical fruits.   Our flavours include best sellers Madagascan Vanilla, Double Chocolate, and Salted Caramel; as well as Coffee, Gazelnut, Mint Choc, Rum & Raisin, Maple & Walnut, Strawberry.  We make an oatmilk Vanilla and an oatmilk Chocolate for vegans.  We make amazingly creamy smooth sorbets (vegan) including Blackcurrant, Sicilian Blood Orange, Elderflower, Sicilian Lemonm, Passionfruit, and Raspberry.  We have a Christmas range that includes Brandy Gelato, Humbug, and Crysallized Ginger.
