A Micodose: 1-6g (1-4 drops) per person

• Consume 1-4 drops raw 
• Add 1-4 drops in coffee or tea 

A Ceremonial Dose: 23g-45g (15-30 drops) per person

• 23g ceremony (average 15 drops)
• 45g deep ceremony (average 30 drops)

1. Add 23g OR 45g of ceremonial cacao in a cup. 

2. Combine 125-200ml hot water (Optional: add vegan milk)

3. Optional pinch of mixture of different medicinal spices
(Cardamom, Cinnamon, Chilli, Ginger, Macca, Ginseng, Shilajit)

4. Blend together for 20secs (Optional: add raw honey)
