Terra Rossa Lebny
Lebny is a delicious, cheese-like creamy yoghurt with a gorgeous tang. Made from strained goats milk yoghurt, Lebny is formed into aesthetically pleasing and convenient balls, preserved in olive oil making them perfect for gourmet meals and every day recipes too. Lebny is traditionally eaten at breakfast or as part of a mezze accompanied with fragrant Zaatar Thyme Mix (thyme, zesty sumac and nutty sesame seeds). For added convenience both products come ready to be served individually or enjoyed by combining and rolling them together. However, this is just one of many ways to enjoy Lebny. It is wonderful in pastries or stuffed into peppers; adds a mouth-watering tang to salads and as it doesn’t curdle at high temperatures it can also be used to thicken and flavour soups and stews. Highly versatile, it can also provide the perfect desert with honey or date molasses and served with dried fruits such as figs with a sprinkle of pistachios.
