Irish company Thanks Plants is bringing their hugely popular Festive Roast to the UK this year.  The Festive Roast is 100% plant-based using wholesome ingredients.  It's a seitan based mock turkey which can be carved, and has a luxurious stuffing of mushrooms, chestnuts and cranberries.  It is available through Cotswold Fayre distributors.
