About us:
From our humble beginnings in the 1990’s, we have always strived to produce fine meads made from pure raw local honeys
We now produce a wide range, which include a variety of fruit meads as well as hedgerow meads.
We obtain our honeys direct from beekeepers and most of our additional ingredients are locally and sustainably sourced too.
All of our drinks are vegetarian friendly and free from any artificial ingredients, wine finings or chemicals.
We produce naturally fermented mead in the traditional method for primary flavour, with secondary flavours coming from natural fruits and infusions.
A third layer is added with our barrel ageing program utilising wooden charred barrels to complete maturation.
We have an active web shop, as well as attending many types of events throughout the year
We also supply a wide range of outlets including, off licenses, shops, museums, and visitor attractions, and other wholesale customers
