Pratap is a seasoned chef who worked at some of the top restaurants in the UK, including Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s, Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, Chez Bruce, Galvin and Cinnamon Club before launching That Hungry Chef, a supperclub, private dining, popup, product development, consultancy and bespoke event catering service in London with this wife Nik. Pratap also helps to run Liberty Kitchen, a rehabilitation programme at Pentonville Prison, teaching inmates cooking skills with the tools needed to find work in hospitality upon release. Pratap is also on the judging panel of the Guild of Fine Food for the Great Taste Awards, Quality Food Awards and Free From Awards.
