Born and raised in Italy, Olivia has 10 years of experience working for the Eataly brand across four different countries, specialising in cross-channel hospitality, F&B and retail marketing.

Starting her journey at Eataly in the New York site in 2011, Olivia worked in public relations, after this she joined Eataly Rome in 2012, focusing on events management. Olivia continued her work and moved to Eataly Sao Paulo in 2015 where she played a crucial part in launching the first and biggest Eataly store in South America, as well as taking on more marketing responsibilities.

Before her time at Eataly, Olivia studied Media & Communications at Goldsmiths University in London and later returned to the UK in October 2020 to launch London's first Eataly store. Olivia is now the heading the Marketing area at Eataly London, heading up a team of 8 people, as well as managing external PR and media agencies.

Olivia’s role entails overseeing the store marketing budget, leading on digital and media relations, seeking out beneficial partnerships and running annual events for both B2B and B2C marketing. She is dedicated to meeting Eataly’s overall business objectives and driving footfall of more than 25,000 visitors into the store each week.
