Husband and wife James and Pam Digva founded Sauce Shop in 2014 as a hobby alongside food industry careers. Having started the business in their home kitchen, the couple have successfully scaled the brand, with Sauce Shop now producing over 40,000 units per week from their factory in Nottingham. The Sauce Shop range has won over 30 Great Taste awards and can be found on the shelves of Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Asda nationwide, as well as independents.
