In 2018 he founded Tempus Foods, and with his distinct understanding of spice and flavours, he produces British-made charcuterie with an unparalleled, unique flavour profile. Born in Mexico to an Indian mother and English father, Dhruv offers a broad spectrum of culinary influence, style and experience to the Great Taste judging panel.
