Ross Mitchell - Founder, London Smoke & Cure

Ross founded London Smoke & Cure in 2015, following a career that touched on areas of research, government policy, and sustainability.  London Smoke & Cure produces highest grade smoked salmon, bacon, charcuterie and fresh sausage, and has a broader business focus on Quality, Sustainability and Livelihoods.  They sell primarily to the trade and are currently undergoing an investment round to grow the business further, their aim firmly set on 'Scalable Craft' and more sustainable food systems for the future. Ross is a previous recipient Virgin StartUp support, holds a PhD in Biomechanics, has two small girls and lives in south London.
