    I’m Elena Attanasio, the new Portfolio Director Speciality & Fine Food Fair and this is my first year fully taking the reins of the event. Surrounded by a fantastic team and working within an incredibly open and supportive community makes me feel very fortunate.

    Prior to the Fair I worked in a global capacity for the consumer events Taste Festivals which gave me a great appreciation for premium quality food and drink.  Coming from an Italian background coupled with both my previous and current roles means that I am incredibly passionate about good quality ingredients – safe to say food is a huge part of my life and a meal is an occasion within each day.

    I am incredibly excited and proud to be working on such a well-respected event within the premium food and drink space and look forward to welcoming you all to Olympia this September.

    I’m Philippa, and I’m delighted to be working on Speciality & Fine Food Fair as Event Manager. This show is an event which is very close to my heart indeed! My first ever job, and experience of the wonderful world of exhibitions, was working with the team to launch the very first Speciality & Fine Food Fair 20 years ago. It’s wonderful to see what a success story the fair has become and I’m looking forward to working with the industry to help shape the event for the future.

    Born from a love of theatre and live music, I have always had a passion for live events which is why I’ve immersed myself in the industry for so long, and can’t see myself doing anything else. I love seeing how companies can transform their business by using events as a key cog in their sales and marketing strategy.

    I’m Andy, International Sales Manager at Fresh Montgomery and responsible for the International participation at Speciality & Fine food Fair. This will be my 3rd edition of the show, and this year we have put together quite an eclectic mix of exhibitors from many different countries, I’m looking forward to seeing what ‘speciality’ means to some of these places!

    My job involves a fair amount of travel around the world, which is great as I love travelling and trying new foods.

    I have a lot of experience of working in food exhibitions, having worked in this sector for 9 years. I previously worked on food exhibitions in quite a range of countries, including Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, China and Poland!

    Speciality & Fine Food Fair is probably my favourite exhibition to work on – the feedback is always great and the tasting is amazing!

    I’m Gemma, the Senior Commercial Executive of the Speciality & Fine Food Fair.

    I used to be a hair stylist for many years which in the end fell out of love with, I’ve always had a passion for the event industry and being able to the communicate, deliver and find solutions to help people really get the best out of having a presence at a show or a function. My first show was Conde Nast Brides the show, following on to my first niche show Pub16 and then Speciality.

    I’m a lover of food and drink and always intrigued to finding out the back stories and hard work that goes in to making a business successful.

    I’m Lauren, the Junior Commercial Executive for Speciality & Fine Food Fair. Although new to the events world, I have a background in Sales and I am a passionate, self-professed ‘foodie’.

    Having been working abroad for the last couple of years, I have been tasting different delicacies around the world and I can’t wait to see new global trends emerging each year at Speciality. I am a team player, I’m not frightened of a little hard work and I am always ready for an interesting conversation (especially if it’s about food!).

    My name is Amy and I am the Marketing Assistant for Speciality & Fine Food Fair. I studied Events Management at University and following this went on to work as an Events Executive on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. I have always had a real interest in marketing so tried to get involved with that where possible. I am super excited to have joined the team and to be working on this show, even if it does make me super hungry all the time staring at photos of all the amazing food our exhibitors offer.

    My name is Kayleigh and I am the Operations Executive for Speciality & Fine Food Fair. I joined Montgomery as an Ops Assistant in 2016, having worked in the Food Service and Hospitality industry for 5 years alongside completing a one-year internship at a local charity in their Events & Fundraising Team. Speciality & Fine Food Fair is such a fantastic and beautiful show, so I’m really pleased to be part of the core organising team for a third year running!

    My name is India, and since joining Fresh Montgomery 2 years ago, I have worked on a number of shows but this is my first opportunity to work on Speciality & Fine Food Fair which I am so excited about. Voted as Montgomery’s ‘Ray of Sunshine’, I am patient, helpful and will always go the extra mile to make sure you have all the answers you need to organise your stand. Outside of the office there is nothing better than escaping back to the country to spend time with my horses and vintage cars!

    My name is Kara and I have been with the company for 4 years.  With a BA Hons in the Hospitality Industry, and almost 25 years in exhibitions, a natural love of artisanal food led me to become the Event Manager for Speciality & Fine Food Fair. However, my passion is to help people succeed and my desire to mentor made the role of Customer Success Manager the perfect fit for me!

    This role was created to allow us to get closer to our exhibitors, coach, mentor and share best practise to add value to participation at our events.  It makes my day to be able to help, so do get in touch.
