My name is Soraya Gadelrab and I am the Portfolio Director at Fresh Montgomery, overseeing a portfolio of events including IFE, Speciality & Fine Food Fair, Pro2Pac and IFEX.
I have an extensive knowledge of the food industry as well as the hospitality sector and have been lucky enough to be invited on numerous occasions to judge some of the most prestigious awards in the sector; Great Taste Awards, Quality Food Awards, Academy of Chocolate Awards and World Beverage Innovation Awards!
Alongside my role at Fresh Montgomery, I also sit on the Association of Exhibition Organiser’s Development Board and Chairs the Business Technology & Innovation Group.
Before working at Fresh Montgomery, I worked for the UK’s leading publisher Natmags, a subsidiary of Hearst Magazine’s after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Italian & International Studies from the University of Warwick. Having spent time living and working in Italy and Egypt, I developed a passion for languages and can speak fluent Italian, conversational Arabic and some French!
I’m Elena Attanasio, the new Event Manager for Speciality & Fine Food Fair and this is my first year fully taking the reins of the event and what a year to do it for our 20th Anniversary. Surrounded by a fantastic team and working within an incredibly open and supportive community makes me feel very fortunate.
Prior to the Fair I worked in a global capacity for the consumer events Taste Festivals which gave me a great appreciation for premium quality food and drink. Coming from an Italian background coupled with both my previous and current roles means that I am incredibly passionate about good quality ingredients – safe to say food is a huge part of my life and a meal is an occasion within each day.
I am incredibly excited and proud to be working on such a well-respected event within the premium food and drink space and look forward to welcoming you all to Olympia this September.
International Sales manager
I’m Andy, International Sales Manager at Fresh Montgomery and responsible for the International participation at Speciality & Fine food Fair. This will be my 3rd edition of the show, and this year we have put together quite an eclectic mix of exhibitors from many different countries, I’m looking forward to seeing what ‘speciality’ means to some of these places!
My job involves a fair amount of travel around the world, which is great as I love travelling and trying new foods.
I have a lot of experience of working in food exhibitions, having worked in this sector for 9 years. I previously worked on food exhibitions in quite a range of countries, including Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, China and Poland!
Speciality & Fine Food Fair is probably my favourite exhibition to work on – the feedback is always great and the tasting is amazing!
Senior Commercial Executive
I’m Gemma, the Senior Commercial Executive of the Speciality & Fine Food Fair.
I used to be a hair stylist for many years which in the end fell out of love with, I’ve always had a passion for the event industry and being able to the communicate, deliver and find solutions to help people really get the best out of having a presence at a show or a function. My first show was Conde Nast Brides the show, following on to my first niche show Pub16 and then Speciality.
I’m a lover of food and drink and always intrigued to finding out the back stories and hard work that goes in to making a business successful.
My name is Joe and I am one of the core Commercial Executives of the Speciality and Fine Food Fair.
I have worked in the exhibitions and conference space for almost 5 years following a genuine passion for the events industry from a young age. I have constructed events in various industries ranging from construction, packaging and oil & gas but it is only since I have joined Fresh Montgomery, I have truly found my niche in food and drink.
I love how personable and sincere the industry is, and the fact I am a true foodie at heart is just an added bonus.
Communicating on a year-round campaign with all of my clients is how I like to work to maximise the potential out of their participation at the UK’s market leading food and drink trade show.

Hello, I’m Mel and I am super excited to be taking the reins on the marketing campaign for Speciality & Fine Food Fair this year.
Having worked in the events and exhibition space for 7 years, and enjoying the world of food & drink in London and internationally for longer still, it is a personal joy to be able to combine two of my passions in one role.
This year’s fair is set to be a great industry wide celebration to mark not only our 20th anniversary but the progression and advancement of the industry over the last 2 decades – what a great time to be involved!
I am responsible for curating our cutting-edge content programmes.
With over 13 years’ experience working in hospitality trade events, I love to combine my knowledge of events and passion for the industry to bring together thought-leaders and create programmes designed to educate, engage and inspire.

I’m Clare Palmer and I’m the Senior Marketing Executive at Fresh Montgomery, working across our fabulous food and drink portfolio. I have heaps of experience and knowledge working in marketing teams in the Exhibitions and Events world and before working at Fresh Montgomery, I worked at Reed Exhibitions and Centaur Media across a variety of exciting industries.
I studied BA (Hons) in Business Studies at the University of Plymouth and have since been enjoying life in London. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, festivals, music, food and love any excuse to head to the West Country!
My name is Amy and I am the Marketing Assistant for Speciality & Fine Food Fair. I studied Events Management at University and following this went on to work as an Events Executive on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. I have always had a real interest in marketing so tried to get involved with that where possible. I am super excited to have joined the team and to be working on this show, even if it does make me super hungry all the time staring at photos of all the amazing food our exhibitors offer.
My name is Kayleigh and I am the Operations Executive for Speciality & Fine Food Fair. I joined Montgomery as an Ops Assistant in 2016, having worked in the Food Service and Hospitality industry for 5 years alongside completing a one-year internship at a local charity in their Events & Fundraising Team. Speciality & Fine Food Fair is such a fantastic and beautiful show, so I’m really pleased to be part of the core organising team for a third year running!
My name is Kate, I am one of the longest standing employees at Fresh Montgomery and I am thrilled to be working on Specialty & Fine Food Fair for the seventh year. I am responsible for organising the build of the show on time and to the highest standard. As well as this, I oversee the Operational team and we work hard together to deliver a smooth build up and beautiful show. Away from work I am a real country bumpkin and am currently training for my first 10k. My two young daughters also keep me very busy!
My name is India, and since joining Fresh Montgomery 2 years ago, I have worked on a number of shows but this is my first opportunity to work on Speciality & Fine Food Fair which I am so excited about. Voted as Montgomery’s ‘Ray of Sunshine’, I am patient, helpful and will always go the extra mile to make sure you have all the answers you need to organise your stand. Outside of the office there is nothing better than escaping back to the country to spend time with my horses and vintage cars!
Customer Success Manager
My name is Kara and I have been with the company for 4 years. With a BA Hons in the Hospitality Industry, and almost 25 years in exhibitions, a natural love of artisanal food led me to become the Event Manager for Speciality & Fine Food Fair. However, my passion is to help people succeed and my desire to mentor made the role of Customer Success Manager the perfect fit for me!
This role was created to allow us to get closer to our exhibitors, coach, mentor and share best practise to add value to participation at our events. It makes my day to be able to help, so do get in touch.
I claim that if you were to cut me in two it would read #SFFFtillIdie but I’m not going to take the risk.........
