Samantha opened Drapers Lane Delicatessen in 2020 because she is passionate about food and using the freshest quality ingredients, she likes to be innovative and enjoy experimenting with different flavours.

Her parents lived in France for 25 years, and she has many fond memories of daily trips to the local market for fresh produce.

She has also worked in the hospitality industry for 17 years previously and has always dreamed of owning her own delicatessen.
