Traditional Cheese Co is Irelands leading speciality cheese supplier. Working closely with our customers in retail, foodservice and industry. Our private Irish family owned business was established in 1984 and continues to this day, employing 60 people, and based on the east coast of Ireland close to the main Dublin Port.
We cut and pack our cheeses on-site where we also age and grade our Cheddars, including our ultimate 2 year old Vintage Irish Cheddar
