Sankhard Company Limited is a family-owned Jamaican business founded in Portland in 2011 and now headquartered in St. Andrew/Kingston. We are the Caribbean’s first commercially produced line of dressings. The key point of difference of the food products is the Jamaican fruit bases and the focus on fresh-sourced produce. The portfolio includes vinaigrettes and salad dressings the sub brand of OMD! (Oh My Dressing) as well as specialty food items such as a wide variety  pumpkin products (ketchup, BBQ sauces, soups) plus additional condiments including spreads, pepper jellies, dry rubs, etc. We have unusual flavours such as Hibisucs, Jackfruit Guava, Jamaican Otaheiti Apple plus favourits like mango and pineapply

For many years the Springvale Estate farm near Fruitful Vale, Portland supplied Blue Mountain coffee beans for sale to local coffee processors.  After noticing a lack of use for local fruits a keen interest was developed in using these to create innovative Jamaica- inspired, condiments.
