It all began in 1989 when farmer’s wife, Judy Bell started making cheese on the family farm in North Yorkshire. Over 30 years on they are a team of 35 making a range of award-winning speciality cheeses, most notably Yorkshire Blue, Harrogate Blue, Mrs Bell’s Blue and Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese, by hand on the family farm.
