The Haverhill site processes dried fruit, coconut, date and nut products in a peanut free site to meet the requirements of a growing list of clients in the UK and overseas.Operations include the processing and roasting of nuts and seeds, and the chopping, nibbing and slicing, grinding, pasting and milling of nuts, dried fruits and dates, as well as the processing of coconut into various forms.We have recently installed a fully automated nut butter production line in Haverhill which can fill glass jars, tubs and bulk containers.

At our London site we have our Peanut Butter production line and Contract Packing operation. Our Peanut Butter production features state of the art grinding, mixing and filling machinery. We can produce in glass jars or plastic tubs. For Contract Packing we have Multi-Head Weighing Machines, and Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Packaging Machines. Three lines feature multi-head weighing machines feeding packing machines, packing dry granular food products weighing anything from 5gms to 3 kilos. Products packed include peanuts, seeds, rice, pulses and snacks. The format of these is either pillow packs, block bottom packs and quadro packs, and they can be packed into shelf ready or standard cartons.
