London Vermouth Company

London Vermouth Company was founded by three friends, enjoying cocktails and celebrating London Gin whilst lamenting the fact that there were no London vermouths to complement them. One said, ‘why don’t we do it?’. So London Vermouth Company was born.

We worked with two of our heroes of flavour; Camille Hobby-Limon, who won several awards whilst running ‘Bar With No Name’ in Islington in the 2000s and Steven Edwards, who won Masterchef: The Professionals in 2013, to develop three award-winning, innovative and exciting new vermouths.
