Ibéricos Guillén is a family business dedicated to the manufacture and selling top quality Iberian products from our own livestock, we are controlling all processes from breeding to the final sell, following exhaustive traceability and quality controls. Our business model is focused on the production of hams, shoulders, loins, sausages and all kinds of products from the Iberian pork.

Product obtained from the hind legs of Iberian breed pigs fed exclusively on acorns from our own pastures. Curing time carried out in natural drying room (+48 months). Very light salted process.
Made from the Loin of Iberian acorn-fed pork, seasoned with spices (garlic, paprika and oregano) and cured in natural dryers for approximately 6 months. When cut, it has a veined and juicy appearance.
Made with selected lean and marbled meats from acorn-fed Iberian pigs, kneaded with selected spices (paprika, garlic and oregano) and cured in a natural dryer for approximately 6 months.
Made with selected lean meat and Iberian pork fat chopped into very fine pieces, stuffed into the pig's natural intestine and seasoned with spices (pepper and nutmeg).
