Tradition and innovation
The chestnut that is used to feed the Selecta pigs comes entirely from Galicia-Spain. Coren picks the chestnuts in season and then peels, cooks and freezes them, with the aim of having them available to feed the pigs throughout the year, keeping their nutritional properties intact.
