We have the best potatoes, grown at an altitude of over 1,000 m in a unique microclimate. We can say that we “give them a plus” with their practically artisanal production process. The texture and characteristic flavour of our chips, recognised by the main tasters, is achieved with olive oil and the temperature of the pan.

Artefritas potatoes, our raw material, have had a good reputation for a long time. The altitude at which they are grown - more than a thousand metres near the Moncayo in Soria - and the very richness of the land of the old lagoon, give them a quality that is highly appreciated by consumers.
