I work the land with the same respect and reverence I make the wine Soil and vines are well kept so that by the time the grapes are carefully harvested and handled they can express their full potential.
We grow our own grapes and we don’t buy grapes from other producers As my grandfather used to say ::“You never really know the vineyard until you make your own wine”
You become a better winemaker when you understand the complexities needed to make a good wine.
