This 100% Tempranillo is the pinnacle in terms of quality. Each year we seek to get the very best we can from what the growing season affords us. If the result is not good enough, Sinforiano Reserva is not released on the market.
The grapes used for this wine are meticulously selected from the best 100 year-old plots belonging to the Vaquero family. The wine is aged in new French and American oak barrels for at least 24 months and then in bottle for a minimum of two years before being released on the market.

Characteristics: Cherry red colour. On the nose, complex and elegant; candied fruit, violet and lavender flowers, chocolate, sweet spices and creamy oak. On the palate it is powerful and full of volume, with a good balance between toasted oak, nuanced with spices, and ripe fruit. Black fruit aftertaste; balanced and persistent.
Food: Savoury fish dishes, grilled or roast meat dishes, lamb, duck, partridge, and mature or blue cheese.
Our comments: On the palate the Tempranillo fruit are well integrated with the oak, and it has a long complex finish. This wine will continue to improve in bottle. To be enjoyed now through 2027. Serve at 16°C to 18°C. This wine is stabilised through a natural process, which can result in the throwing of a natural sediment when cold.
