Characteristics: Strawberry color very light. On the nose, expressive and elegant, with aromas of white fruit, citrus, and aniseed memories.
In the mouth soft, tasty, round, balanced and very fruity with a light acidity but very pleasant.
Food pairing: Perfect to take as appetizer or to accompany pasta dishes, salads, pizza, fish, rice, poultry and mild cheeses.
Our comments: It offers the notable freshness of a young wine. A drinking temperature around 10-12 ºC is recommended. To be consumed within 18-24 months after making.
