Salted Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Discs
Made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character, then refined with Kalahari desert salt and Italian Piedmont hazelnuts to create a smooth, salty, nutty chocolate.
Grown in the hills of Langhe, Piedmont, Northern Italy, Nocciola Piemonte IGP hazelnuts are known for their exceptional, delicate flavour. We freshly roast these hazelnuts for each batch of chocolate.
Sourced from the Kalahari desert and containing essential minerals and trace elements, desert salt has a unique flavour without the astringency associated with sea salt, making it perfect to pair with our chocolate.
