This gorgeous pesto won't blow your head off but it'll give you a gradual heat that lingers, but not too long... it's addictive. Mixed in to a seafood dish or a prawn baguette, it's one to marry with fish... or dollop on a pizza or spread on toast.  It'll be what you want it to be.  We've got 2 great taste stars for this one... and we're not surprised, it's very close to being number 1!
