Organic Tomato Sauce
Made from 100% fresh vegetables (190g. of seasonal tomato per 100g. of final product). tomatoes are picked when they are perfectly ripe. Right after harvesting a vacuum concentration system is used to process them. The system operates under vacuum, which lowers the boiling point of the sauce at temperatures under 60ºC to preserve their natural taste and quality properties, without adding colorants, thickeners, artificial flavours, or essences.
