Based in the New Forest National Park, our strawberry farm spans 80 hectares - where we grow the tastiest, juiciest strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries! We sell our berries fresh in punnets, but we wanted to offer an 'on-the-go’ snack which was healthy and delicious. This led NFF CEO Sandy to develop pulsed dried strawberries. Pulsing is a clever method as it splits the cell of the strawberry and pushes all the water out, so after it is freeze-dried, the strawberry is the texture of a meringue but with all the flavour and goodness locked in. Something even better is when you put a pulsed strawberry in liquid, it rehydrates. So, it is ideal for a celebration glass of champagne! Our packaging is also 100% compostable, plus we pack on-site, straight from the field, so there are 0 food miles involved.
