It mainly consists of C8 (Caprylic) and C10 (Capric) fatty acids which are easily digestible. This premium oil stays liquid even at freezing temperatures. It does not contain any aroma or color. MCT's are absorbed easily at the digestion stage and transferred to the liver directly to be used as energy.
