Les Terres de Provence - Fruité Vert Intense - EVOO - PDO Provence
Origin: From a selective blend of Aglandau, Salonenque and Picholine located on a south-facing limestone terroir. An olive grove planted with old trees that froze very little in 1956.
Varieties: Salonenque 40% - Aglandau 40% - 20% Picholine
Mill: The olives are crushed quickly, picked and pressed within 24 hours to avoid oxidation and preserve their natural fruitiness. At Calissanne, we take care of the balance and mix the varieties to obtain a green fruity oil of a beautiful intensity and without excess of ardence.
