Winemaking
- Harvest: manual.
- Vinification: the grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed. After a cold maceration process
, alcoholic fermentation takes place
in stainless steel tanks. - Aging: it is carried out in oak barrels for 14 months.
Subsequently, aging in bottle for 6-12 months. The passage of
time may cause precipitates or sediments to appear in
the bottle. - Serving: 14-16ºC
Tasting notes
Cherry red with garnet reflections. Intense aromas of red fruits
(cherry), assembled with notes of vanilla, licorice and roasted.
Good balance, nerve, round and velvety.
