The red island, a fertile and fruitful land, in which the mixture and amalgam spread to favor the red fruit acidity that this variety enfolds. Today, the plamtation belonging to retired Swedish diplomat Bertil Akesson is home to a cacao of unsurpassed quality. A stranded globetrotter… A wonderful quirk of fate for someone from La Rioja.
