Gordal olives which are grown and selected one by one because of their smooth skin and meaty inside. The Gordal variety has a fine and delicate flavor that goes perfectly with the flavors of its caramelized, natural and spicy varieties. 

In the elaboration process, the olives are stuffed by hand with natural fruits, chosen to create a contrast of texture and flavor: For example, for the caramelized variety we use walnut, strawberries, cranberries or pineapple, and for the savoury olives we use red pepper, garlic or piri piri.
