Foie Royale is an ethical and sustainable alternative to foie gras. Created using modern food technology by merging the natural healthy liver and fat harvested from birds raised for their meat. The result is a product that has the same flavour as foie gras, but without engorging the bird’s liver. There is no force feeding!

Foie Royale Classic is our original product, luxuriously smooth with a rich flavour to match. It is a very diverse product that can be seared, roasted, poached or blitzed as an ingredient in many dishes to enhance flavours. Served hot or cold.
