We have called Dry Aged Picanha due the similarity with the beef cutling.
Apart from the extraordinary concentrated flavour we achive by the process of dry aged, our ducks are rear outdoors, without using cages, with space to roam freely and always with access to open water and fresh grass in order to take to the next level the welfare of our ducks.
