Delicario Ragù of Veal
A white ragout that expresses the delicate taste of selected and hand-processed veal cuts, enhanced by the aromatic notes of nutmeg. This ragù is prepared with artisan dedication in ancient recipes with a modern twist using only the finest Italian extra virgin olive oil and selected fresh vegetables to produce unmistakable flavours and enchanting aromas.
Ingredients: Veal 50%, fresh vegetables in varying proportions (onions, celery), Italian extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, sunflower oil, brandy, natural flavours, sea salt, spices. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
