Our Seafood Kitchen chefs, here in Cornwall, have taken sweet and delicate brown and white crab meat, from our local pot-caught Cornish crabs and gently stirred it into a flavourful, handmade bechamel sauce with savoury leeks, layered with an umami hit from parmesan alongside the creamy texture of mozzarella.
