Made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character and refined with sweet and fruity Costa Rican coffee, to a create smooth chocolate.
We use a selection of sweet and fruity microlot coffees from Costa Rica.
