The perfect combination between the breed of the pig (100% Iberian acorn-fed) and its acorn and patured-based diet in the freedom of the meadow, all of this added to Jabugo's microclimate and an artisanal elaboration of the product which is specially cared for by the Master Ham Experts, make the 959 Iberian product absolutely unique. 

The hams are cured between 26 to 40 months. They are cured in natural drying houses where the wisdom of the master artisans is applied to every detail.

The fat shines and the tones of the meat vary from pink to burgundy.

The sliced format is offered hand carved in the traditional way in vacuum package and an elegant carton blister.
