The link to The Guardian article appears below.   We are pleased that it highlights the efforts we put into real seasonal ingredients.  For example Sam spends the first couple of weeks of June deep in the rural hedgerows of West Dorset picking tens of kilos of elderflowers to make our elderflower cordial for our sorbet.
